The Otamic, AmaMedic, Osaki and Titan brands are all covered under the same warranty policy of Titan Chair, LLC.  Titan offers a very comprehensive warranty package that covers parts, labor and structural framework.

3 Year "Rock Solid" Warranty guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects within the first 3 years of ownership (limitations may apply).
