Replacement ratchet buckle use on many of the Powerslide skates. If this one doesn't look correct, check out the Powerslide Time Buckle, but this one was used on later models including the ones named below.  It is likely these can be used on other brands/models as well, but compatibility with PS skates is what is known best.
